As a trained psychotherapist, I possess a unique ability to help you as a Coach. I can balance the past and present. I understand your behavior and where it came from without getting stuck in the history of it.
I do not consider myself a “Relationship Coach” because most of my clients do not have the isolated goal of being in a relationship. We’re not working together because you’re dying to be partnered up. Sure, a relationship would be nice… but you’re much more interested in healing the relationship with yourself to raise those expectations for an eventual partner a little higher.
Most of my clients have the goal to work on their INTERNAL experience while dating. They want to feel CONFIDENT in their decision making and STOP second guessing themselves, their feelings, and their reactions (like… you no longer need to call 5 friends to make sure it’s appropriate that you’re upset).

Therapy is designed to treat diagnosable mental illnesses.
Coaching utilizes a lenient approach that allows for creativity and can be more direct in nature. While continuing to maintain professional boundaries, coaching allows for more flexibility in the relationship.
Coaching also provides a space for the integration of the things you are learning. You are provided with more frequent support.
Some clients choose to work with both a therapist and coach.

Coaching packages are offered in 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month packages.
1 month is $1,700.00.
3 months is $4,700.00.
6 months is $9,200.00.
We can discuss payment plans on the consult call.

Individualized weekly 55 minute zoom coaching sessions
Text-based and voice message support in between coaching sessions. You never have to wait long to get feedback while you’re integrating what you’re learning!
Because of the access given to me, I only offer a limited amount of coaching clients each month. We are BOTH committing to this.

Effective coaching requires time and ongoing support. I have found that when committing to a specific amount of sessions ahead of time, there is an energetic commitment made as well.
During coaching, things will get uncomfortable. You may get called out; you may call me out! When there is commitment involved, we have the agreement that we’ll work through the integration TOGETHER.
