I've hit my goals... now what?

I’ve always been driven. Previously, I would have described myself as perfectionistic, top of the class, driven, etc… As I look back at these adjectives, they all came out of one place: FEAR.

I was scared to fail. I was scared to be anything less than perfect. I was scared that if I wasn’t the best at what I did, I wouldn’t have an identity at all. The truth was, I already did not have an identity. I had no idea who I was.

When I was 22, I graduated from Columbia University with my Masters of Science in Social Work degree. I moved home to San Diego and was completely lost. Looking back, I had always had a clear path of what to do and when: graduate from a 4-year university, attend graduate school, complete internships in Clinical Social Work, and then graduate. After I finished my “to-do” list, I had no idea what to do next.

There are no clear cut directions of what to do next once you reach your goals.

I was struggling to find employment, engaging in problematic relationships, practicing self-destructive behaviors with disordered eating, binge drinking, negative self-talk, and low self-esteem. I felt stuck, lost and disconnected from my emotions. Even though I was unemployed, I was feeling overwhelmed with my anxieties.

I was questioning my myself, my beliefs, my ideas.

Have you ever felt this way?

  • Feeling stuck in life, not sure of what decisions to make next

  • Questioning themselves, their ideas, and their beliefs

  • Successful at meeting their previous goals, and now uncertain of what to do next in life

  • Disconnected from their emotions

  • Perfectionistic

  • Driven, and finding it difficult to keep up the momentum

  • Wondering why they are feeling unmotivated

  • Engaging in self-destructive behaviors (food, relationships, love, alcohol, drugs)

  • Feeling lethargic, “lazy”, stagnant, physically + emotionally

  • Struggling with organization

  • Feeling overwhelmed

Because I have been through that confusion and turmoil myself, I want to help you navigate through the process. I tried all coping mechanisms under the sun, both positive and negative. I can work with you on how to decrease these behaviors that no longer serve us while creating the momentum to move forward!

Once I figured out what worked for me, I obtained full-time employment that utilized my degree and skillset, allowing me to help others as a psychotherapist and leader. I went on to be a CEO, manage companies, and develop treatment programs. I was able to do this all while creating new goals for myself, saying yes to life, and practicing mind + body balance within myself.

These experiences have helped me create this program FOR YOU. To collaborate WITH YOU on a plan to move you forward. By the end of these 3 months, you will:
